CNC MACHINE FACILITIES:
In addition to our Computer aided design capability we have full 3 axis CNC machining facilities. Purchased and installed in our workshop in Oct 2018 it further expands our machining and design capabilities along with improved accuracy, repeatability, speed and flexibility.
Capable of machining material measuring 3000 x 2000mm upto 160mm deep it allows production of large complex parts such as one piece floors, cabinet parts, interior panels as well as highly detailed precision operations such as engraving and profiling. Selection of appropriate cutting tools also allows machining of other materials such as Corian, plastics and metals like aluminium.
Professional cnc software provides full control of cutting speeds and feeds, cutting sequences and enables full optimisation of material with techniques such as part nesting.
